Brenda teaches classes that are designed for both beginners and the advanced meditator. She combines guided customized meditation journeys, sound therapy, positive affirmations, Mantra meditation, breathing techniques and essential oil blends designed to create deep relaxation within the mind/body. Each class students can draw a special card for their own specific guidance for their life. People leave class feeling enlightened and rejuvenated.

Kundalini awakens and expands the our consciousness and invites us to think out of the box, sheds light on our self-imposed limitations and develops our intuitive mind. Being able to live from our intuitive mind is one of the main goals of Kundalini.
A great way to work out kinks in your body, strengthen your nervous system, balance your glandular system, purify the body and calm the mind. Kundalini is a place of transformation. We focus on a specific set of exercises called kriyas and meditations that Generate energy, Organize that energy and Deliver you to a specific energetic state — particularly one of joy and greater awareness.
